Tina Stephens

Tina Stephens is a skilled and dedicated paralegal with a diverse professional background and a strong commitment to client service. A native of Arkansas, Tina began her career in healthcare as a medical assistant and phlebotomist before spending a decade as a middle school math and science teacher. In 2019, she relocated to Florence, South Carolina, following her husband’s job transfer and joined Parham Law Firm in 2020. She has since returned to Arkansas and continues to serve the firm remotely.

In her role as a paralegal, Tina provides comprehensive support to all attorneys in the firm. Her responsibilities include trial preparation, drafting legal documents, managing Rule 5 discovery materials, maintaining the firm’s MyCase legal software, handling accounts receivable and collection of overdue accounts, and assisting clients throughout the legal process. Known for being extremely organized and an expert at multitasking, Tina is highly regarded for her reliability, professionalism and attention to detail. Although she works primarily on criminal and federal cases, she also provides support on a range of civil matters.

Tina has been happily married for 17 years and is the proud mother of six children and grandmother to nine grandchildren.
